Thomas is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with children, youth, individuals and families within issues including anxiety, depression, parenting, marriage, divorce, crisis and grief.
After being raised in New Mexico, Thomas and his family have been in the Shreveport area since 2013. In New Mexico, he was the president of Christian Family Services, working with clients from childhood through adulthood on a variety of issues. Thomas also has more than a decade of experience working with children and families within the New Mexico foster care system.
Thomas holds a Psy.D and M.A. in Clinical Psychology. In addition to counseling, Thomas has presented on topics such as emotional well-being, parenting skills, marriage enrichment, and pre-marital counseling. He also enjoys providing training on school aged related topics such as bullying, dealing with high functioning autism, and teen suicide.
